If there was ever a chance in the last few months to fight my way off the ropes and escape this adversity, the chance is at my doorstep NOW!

It has just been announced that I am hired for an Administrative position in the Mortgaging department at Bank of America, not too distant from where Billy and I will be living!!!! The position pays WAY MORE than my previous high in income. What a miracle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just received word like half an hour ago.

Supposedly, the previous employee in that spot is out on disability and I was hired for the position. They stated that it's four weeks, but should I build a repour with the folks at that establishment, I am being told that the spot could very well be mine permanently. What does that mean????? That means it is time to do a BANG UP JOB and BUILT THAT FUCKING REPOUR PRONTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Exciting news and quite a reversal of tide in such a short period of time. As I've said before, I am coming back. I am coming back STRONG!!!!!

As of yesterday, I was also brought aboard at ADP in Florham Park for a temporary spot as an Accounts Payable Specialist. I had accepted the position, but have not yet taken the necessary drug test and filled out the paper work to fill that spot. Therefore, I am not obligated to that position. Bank of America is paying me more money than I have ever made in my life. It is once again time for me to put that Bachelors of Science to use! If there was ever a chance in the last few months to fight my way off the ropes and escape this adversity, the chance is at my doorstep NOW.

I got less than twenty minutes left in my work day today. After that, it's back to my house to gather some shit and then Beanie and Raph are picking me up and we're heading down to Crazy Mike's Lavallette beach house. This is going to be an exciting and fun filled weekend for sure!!!!!!! Happy times are coming! This is the first weekend of excitement in a while, besides the weekend of Jimmy's graduation party, that I will have been able to enjoy in quite some time.

I must get going. Stay tuned for in the coming days. You do not want to miss a beat!

Move to Mt. Arlington apartment extended to either July 1st or 15th!

Due to the car troubles I had on Friday, as well as some other personal issues, the move involving Bill and I has been moved to either July 1 or July 15. We're still in the running for that apartment, but the move has been delayed. This might change. This might not change. We'll see what happens when that time comes, but for now, that's what's up!

Utilizing idle Wiss time to network for legit job!

World Access Marketing??? The hustle goes on and on!

I really can not complain about this position at Wiss and Company, other than the fact that it is only for three more weeks or so. Today I really didn't have anything to do, but that wasn't necessarily a negative thing.

Using the time that I had on my hands today, I did some research on some companies in the area, as well as some of the places I appied to through, and I took down the phone numbers as well as the contacts so I can call them for an update on the status of my applications once I get out of here today. Basically I have been utlizing this time to just look around online and see what different types of opportunities might be out there for me. Should my services here at Wiss remain idle, I will take advantage of that idle time to do the research and networking that is necessary for me to line up something legitimate in the next three weeks.

On another positive note, I scored an interview today for this company World Access Marketing located in Lodi/Hackensack. What they specialize in is promotional sales in the world of sports. That could be a nice look for me, should I take interest in the position and be hired for it. We'll see what happens on Thursday regarding World Access Marketing. Today was a positive day, though, regarding my hours at Wiss.

While the boss didn't really have anything productive for me to do regarding the company job tasks, I found other things to do that are essential to be being successful once I am out of here.

An idle moment

Ladies and gentlemen, there isn't much happening at this point in my life. Not anything noteworthy anyway. Whoever thought I would be saying that???? The truth of the matter is, we as people and human beings all hit this rough spots at one point or another. Yours truly is no exception in that regard, as I have documented on this website before.

I guess one good thing that's happening is that I am returning to the shore this coming weekend with Colleen and Raph. We'll be carpooling with Raph to Lavallette to spend another weekend with Crazy Mike at his beach house. It's been a minute since I've been on the Jersey Shore scene, but I am returning once again this coming weekend, so I look forward to doing that at least. Even though I am currently working at Wiss andCompany, the permanent job situation also needs to improve drastically. I am hustling to make something happen and I pray that a little luck comes my way as I hustle to make my life better.

Currently, I am at Wiss doing practically nothing and getting paid. This will continue for about three more weeks, at which time I need to have something else more permanent and promising lined up. I might be away for a while - away from making any legitimate updates, that is. Regardless, be sure to stay tuned, either to read any new developments or just to read over older material because you find my life so interesting and intriguing!!!!!

Currently at work: Another easy day at Wiss!

Another relatively easy day here at Wiss. Scanned a few tax forms and filled out some paper work, but other than that, another easy day. This is my second day here and, once again, I'm spending most of it on the internet as I am currently drinking a cup of French Vanilla flavored coffee.

WOOPS .... something small just came up. Gonna go take care of that. Gotta pull a couple of files, and then I am off to lunch.

Alright .... pulled the files - there were a number of them. Now, I'm going to bullshit for just a couple minutes, until I summon up the motivation to get up out of this chair and head out for lunch. Only for half an hour, as opposed to an hour, so I can get the fuck out of here at 4:30 rather that 5pm.

Sensational time at the graduation party, the move, job situation, and more!

It felt as though I was on the highway to hell, but the tide is beginning to turn because I took a fucking U-turn before I had a chance to reach that horrific destination.

Let me start off by saying that I had a tremendous time at Jimmy's graduation party at the Adam Todd in Byram this past Saturday. The party lasted from 4pm until 8pm, and the open bar was free for three straight hours, so I had plenty of time to get jolly and sloppy at absolutely no expense.

There were three different types of bottle beer available, and those were Yuengling, Coors Light, and Budweiser. There was also White Sangria, which became a favorite of ours really quick. The bartender was also serving spirit drinks, but those actually cost money. Therefore, we stuck with the Sangria and the beer. The Sangria was tasty and it sure as hell did a number on The Great One. The food there, from the appetizers to the main courses, was absolutely delicious. They had different types of cheese, peppers, ham, pepperoni, etc. The main courses included roast beef, tortellinis, ziti, different types of sauces for the pasta (including vodka sauce, which was out of this world), green beans, carrots, and all types of great food.

Jimmy's family is Italian, and there were so many family members there in addition to all of his friends, so the Italian music was playing and it was truly a scene and an atmosphere to enjoy. I really enjoyed myself to the maximum. Eventually, I got drunk enough to get out on the dance floor and do some dance moves for the crowd at hand. It was a sight to be hold, but I am sight to be hold whether or not I'm dancing or just sitting there.

As you can see in the pics, Bill was sporting a light purple shirt with a tie that seemed to span seven feet long. The color of the tie, combined with the color of his shirt, made him look as though he had fallen out of a fucking Easter basket!!! LOL. But the ladies were loving his appearance, nonetheless. I also liked how he bought a pair of sunglasses at Kohls, prior to arriving at the party, just to have a pair of shades to wear at the party - and he didn't wear them at all when he got there. That's Bill for ya, lol. He's great people though, along with the rest of the people at the party.

Best friends hang out. Those in attendance included Bill, Roger, his girlfriend Erika, Brett, Jimmy's roommate from college, his friend Rob, Jimmy's female acquaintances Katie and Emily, and myself amongst many others. Jimmy got up in front of the group on a couple of occasions to make a speech on behalf of all the important people who were there for his party, his family and how they have supported him his whole life, thanking everyone for coming out, and advising us all to GET DRUNK! Great times. That is what I live for. Great times like that keep me living and breathing through the adversity and hard knocks that can come with everyday life. One must keep trucking along, but appreciate celebrations such as that one and I felt honored that I was invited and that I was able to attend. Congratulations to Jimmy for graduating from college and also regaining his license this past Monday. Amen to all of that.

Following the graduation party, I went home for a couple hours to sober up, take a nap for a little bit, and relax. After the nap, I cleaned myself up, got into some comfortable summer attire, and met Jimmy, Brett, Rob, Emily and Katie in Morristown. It turns out that Jimmy was being denied entry into half the clubs and bars in Morristown (because of the fact that his ID was not a valid drivers license and his was momentarily suspended), so we ended up going to Dark Horse where he had no problem getting in. Dark Horse has been criticized for being a just a little too dark on the inside, but I like the place because its spacious and there's usually a good crowd on hand. I like to dance, so I certainly took the advantage of the opportunity to do so.

We also made our way to Grasshopper where there is never a cover charge. Grasshopper is also a nice bar/club. The top floor of that place is always crowded with people, at least for as long as I have been going there. In between our trips to Dark Horse and Grasshopper, we all went to the dinner to get something to eat. All I had to eat was a blueberry muffin. Following our time at the diner, we returned to Dark Horse again!!!! I continued to dance and shake my ass, but I was also working up a bit of a sweat. I didn't drink at all; Lord knows I had plenty to drink at the graduation party earlier in the evening, so I was fine in terms of alcohol consumption.

I just wanted to go to Morristown to meet up with the gang, dance the night away, and continue the good times that were started at the graduation party. I did just that. I had to be out until at least 2am. Hey, it's a lifestyle. A lifestyle that amuses me. A lifestyle that I enjoy. As the summer progresses, I plan to do more of that.

First thing is first, however. Bill and I have this move happening this weekend. We plan to have our possessions moved into the apartment by Saturday afternoon. Once this move is full filled, life should be more regimented. Currently, I am working at this accounting firm, Wiss & Company, in Livingston. That's easy work, if you know what I mean. I like to call it "in-between" work. Right now, I am in between real jobs and I need to stay busy, make the paper, and look ahead to my next real job. Today was a really good day. This was my first day at Wiss and I had an easy time. My job is basically to process and scan tax return forms into the ComparePerfect 3.0 database. When there are not any tax forms to scan and process, I pretty much have nothing to do. I ask the supervisor if there's anything to do, but today there was not much at all to do.

He implied, "you came here during a dead spot when there's nothing to do. Tax season is when it's really crazy around here. Just hang out. What's important is that you're here and available. There's Internet explorer on your computer, knock yourself out!"

Tell me those words are not pleasing to an employee's ears? I was getting paid to be online today, and I was online for at least 85% of the day. You can't beat that type of easy-going environment. I loved every bit of it. It reminded me somewhat of previous jobs that I have had. My attire consisted of a business casual look that included a tie. I was advised to do so on the first day by the agency, due to the fact that it was a professional accounting firm. During the day, one of the employees (tie-less) asked me, "Any reason why you wore a tie here???" I smiled and replied, "I don't know, but I sure as hell am not wearing one tomorrow!" Regardless, I can not lose track of the mission I am on at this moment. That mission is to find a real permanent job where I will be fulfilling some type of meaningful purpose and pays reasonably well. If it turns out being an easy job, so be it .... as long as I am getting paid really good money that pays bills and I can maintain a comfortable lifestyle in the process.

Currently I am a candidate for a number of different jobs at various companies, including ADP in Florham Park, Samsung in Mt. Arlington, and St. Paul Travelers in Parsippany. There are other jobs out there as well that I will continue to pursue. I just gotta take these things one step at a time. With all of the shit that was going wrong in the past couple months, it felt as though I was on the highway to hell, but the tide is beginning to turn because I took a fucking U-turn before I had a chance to reach that horrific destination. Now, I'm coming back. Mark my words, I am coming back. I'm getting ready to fulfill this move with Bill in the next few days, I'm making money, my name is once again back on the radar of these companies, and I am coming back from the brink of disaster.

I can't wait to enjoy the benefits of having my own home and I look forward to once again have a solid job. I have high hopes of once again working a steady job and hitting up the beach points on the weekends or during my free time away from work. Anticipation is growing for all of those precious gems in life, and once I get these aspects of my life straightened out (the move, the permanent full-time job, etc), I will once again be able to enjoy those gems. The tide is turning and it will not be long now before that happens. I'm coming back. I'm coming back gradually and I will be back 110% to where I was - and then some - REALLY SOON.

The Revolution of 2007 - A new day this way comes!

Come Friday, June 15, Bill and I will experience a taste of freedom and responsibility for which we have not yet previously enjoyed.

Plenty of news, thoughts, and feelings to cover here at the Blog of Bryan, so lets get right to it.

This Saturday, Jimmy is throwing his graduation party at the Adam Thomas banquet hall by his house. Props to Jimmy, who graduated from Ramapo College, for inviting me to his graduation party. It is sure to be a spectacular event as well as an exciting night for all of the people at hand. I for one hope to see a lot of beautiful women present at this party and celebration. Jimmy mentioned to me a month ago that he invited a number of them for yours truly, LOL! We'll see what happens. I'm just looking forward to having a great time, enjoying the DJ and the open bar, and hanging out with some wonderful folks as well as some beautiful ladies.

Tomorrow, your boy has two interviews at two separate companies. One interview is scheduled to take place at 11am, while the other is hours away later in the afternoon at 1:30pm. Prior to the first interview, I'm heading over to Cuts by Kevin for a fresh haircut and plucking of the eyebrows. For both of these interviews, I intend to bring my A-game and make a major statement because I want to have a really good job being that the move into the new place is just nine days away.

Hopefully these interviews go really well, as I have friends and connections on the inside who are pulling some strings for me. It's not always what you know, but who you know. It's time for B-Money to come out of semi-retirement and get a job. As I said, our (Bill and I) move into the apartment in Mt. Arlington is just nine days away. Come Friday, June 15, Bill and I will experience a taste of freedom of responsibility for which we have not yet previously enjoyed. I am looking forward to this new chapter of our lives with great anticipation. Earlier today, we took a drive up to the apartment to check out the pain job that is currently being done on our pad. The painters laid down the first coat today and they are also doing some spackling, so the place is coming along really nicely.

We're going to be living right across the street from Keith and Ashley, so that's definitely a positive note regarding the location. There are many advantages to the location of our apartment. There are about three gas stations in the immediate vacinity. There's a restaurant down the street. There are two liqour stores and a bar very close by. Fridays, Dunkin Donuts, and bunch of other establishments are located at the bottom of Howard Blvd down the hill. There's a Quickchek (which we all know is NOT Wawa, but that's OK) down the road, so we have plenty of important stores, establishments, and significant places located very close to our apartment.

This new pad has serious potential, and with that potential, comes a number of ideas. It is a plan of mine, as well as Bills, to keep everything in the apartment neat and clean. This is not going to be a place to gets dirty; we will maintain this place to the maximum. We still have to get couches, a kitchen table, some other furniture. I have to get a new bed for my bedroom, which should not be any trouble whatsoever. Bill was able to score a brand new microwave from his place of employment, which is clutch! It's a microwave that actually has a toaster built into it. Very nice. My bedroom, along with the rest of the apartment, is going to stay maintained, clean, and it is going to look neat. Whenever I purchase new shoes or sneakers, I am keeping the boxes and placing the shoes back into their boxes when I am not wearing them. My shoes will not stay out in the open on the floors or anywhere else to pick up any more dirt than they already do when I'm walking around in them. There will be a place for everything, and everything in its place.

Beanie has offered to come over to our place and teach us how to cook. She's even offered to cook some meals for us and she's getting ready to paint pictures for both Bill and I. Obviously she's very excited for us as well as this move.

As I told all of my friends and anybody else who would listen earlier this year, one way or another I knew this day was going to come. I didn't quite know where, and with who, but God willing I was going to get out of my house this year and get my own pad. Originally, I wanted to get a place with Mike, Greg, and Beanie down by the shore in the Ocean County area of New Jersey. There aren't too many people I know who wouldn't want to live down there. Lord knows, we all tried like hell to get a place down there. For whatever reason, landlords and leasing officers were finding some bullshit excuse to deny us. Our luck was not going well as all!

Even after passing credit checks left and right, the excuses kept pouring in. "There's a bunch of you living together, and we're not sure you can handle this" BLAH BLAH BLAH!!!! All bullshit. If we couldn't handle it, then why the fuck did we have to do a credit check in the first place???? It's bullshit. Point blank and period. This was an indication to us that maybe it wasn't meant to be. Therefore, I came up North because the jobs were not paying nearly as good down there. I was finding jobs with no problem whatsoever, but the problem was the fact that Mike, Greg, and I just could not manage to score a pad. We had been searching for weeks and weeks on end. Still no such luck.

Up here, looking to get a place with Billy D (my best friend - a guy I grew up with as a young child), we went to one beautiful development in Mt. Arlington, signed up for a credit check, passed with flying colors, and landed a beautiful pad. BOOM! Simple as that. One could say that it was because there were two of us as opposed to three or four. Whatever the case may be, we got it done and we got it done quickly.

Past two or three weeks or so, life had been a bit rocky for yours truly. Not much seemed to be going right and I had to practically swallow my pride and subject myself to ways and actions out of shame and frustration that I would never ever opt to do. I ran into some rough times, but that's OK. It happens, but it's the way you deal with those times, when you have close friends, family, and supporters behind you, that you survive and come back another day to get everything right and get everything in order.

Now, I'm back into a more respectable position, where my boy and I have a crib waiting for us and I have two job interviews tomorrow. It's a beautiful thing, you know what I mean? Wish me luck with those two interviews tomorrow. In addition to the interviews, I have been receiving phone calls left and right from companies and agencies that would like to discuss some opportunities and possibilities with me. In just a matter of days, I went from having nothing to having a variety of opportunities to choose from. Knowing that's the case, I can feel somewhat relieved and be able to pick and choose which position is the best across the board. Whenever you have the opportunity to weigh your options and pick and choose which one you feel is best, it is quite comforting.

Slowly but surely, B-Money is once again beginning to put all facets of life into perspective. I'm putting the pieces of this giant puzzle together to form one beautiful picture that is going to illustrate the next chapter of both my life and Bill's life. This next chapter is seen as somewhat of a renaissance for us, but it is indeed a new beginning. We're starting all over and it will be super sensational. This is the revolution I have been talking about for a year now. This here, is the Revolution of 2007 and it comes to life in just nine short days!!!

The thrill of revenge and glorious victory ... or shall I say victories?

B-Money gets revenge on Big Poppa Pump in Big Poppa Pump's very own apartment on his very own video game console ..... FOUR TIMES!

I finally got Big Poppa Pump in Fight Night Round 3 ... and I got him good. After playing four matches against the defending champion from Mt Arlington yesterday afternoon, yours truly went 4-0 with three of those wins coming by way of knockout.
After slaughtering Poppa and finishing him off three times in a row, Poppa managed to scored a knockdown on me in the very first round of the fourth and final match. Much to his suprise, I came back from behind, survived some nervous moments, and went on to win a close majority decision. Scores: 113-113, 114-112, 114-112. Almost wasted while playing the fourth match, I couldn't quite knock him out. It didn't matter though, cause I got the win nonethless, and the DAMAGE had already been done in the first three matches!
B-Money now stands a top the boxing world in Fight Night Round 3. I am once again RIGHTFULLY THE FIGHT NIGHT CHAMPION.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Billy D and I got ourselves a place!!!!

Moving into our apartment June 15!

It is official ladies and gentlemen. Bill and I did a credit check for a this really nice apartment and it went through for us. We passed! We're getting this beautiful and spacious two bedroom apartment at a very reasonable rate. When I say spacious, I do mean spacious! Anybody who comes over will notice the size of that living room right away! The bedrooms are pretty big as well. My bedroom is as big as the one at my house in D-town. The fact that we have other friends living in the same development, or other apartments really close by, makes this move all the more intriguing. Announcement on my new job will be posted shortly, as well as further details regarding the move that will take place June 15. Stay tuned to Blog of Bryan. You don't want to miss a beat!

Peace and stay cool. As my buddy Crazy Mike would say .... and stuff.
